Company to Exhibit New Component-Based Platforms for Business Application Development

Exadel, provider of software, services and support that enable companies to create mission-critical business applications based on open source and Java technologies, has announced its continued commitment to the Eclipse community with sponsorship of EclipseCon 2006, which will take place at the Santa Clara Convention Center from March 20th - 23rd.

With Eclipse adoption rates exceeding 50% in the enterprise, companies are demanding new products based on the Eclipse framework. To deliver on this increased demand, Exadel provides Exadel Studio Pro 3.5, an advanced enterprise-level Web application development environment for leveraging open source, J2EE and AJAX technologies within the Eclipse environment. Exadel actively participates in the Eclipse ecosystem both as an add-in provider member and as an active member of the Eclipse marketing council helping drive further adoption of Eclipse-based technology. During the conference, Exadel will exhibit next-generation technology for application development on the Eclipse platform.

"The support of companies like Exadel is critical not only to the overall success of EclipseCon but to the Eclipse Foundation and its mission as a whole," said Mike Milinkovich, executive director, Eclipse Foundation. "Exadel exemplifies the spirit of innovation that the Eclipse community thrives on and we are pleased to have the company on board at EclipseCon as a sponsor."

"Eclipse is dedicated to supporting the Eclipse community with an ongoing commitment to providing best-of-breed tools for building applications on the Eclipse platform and through our sponsorship of EclipseCon 2006," said Fima Katz, CEO and founder, Exadel, Inc.

EclipseCon 2006 is the premier technical and user conference focusing on the power of the Eclipse platform.
